Model Katie Price is poised to be the next celebrity to quit Twitter after saying that she is growing tired of abusive messages on the site.
Price, 31, has been left upset by the flood of "mindless" and "relentless" comments since her split from Peter Andre, reports a leading daily.
A source close to the model said: "Kate is a tough cookie and she has grown used to what she calls the haters who are constantly taking pops at her."
"But the level of abuse on Twitter can be intolerable. She really is in two minds about staying on the site. It's sad but that's what happens when you are in the public eye. Kate is trying to rise above it," he added.
