American singer has reportedly bought a new luxurious property in New York by spending more than $18 million.
According to sources, the “Sexy Back” singer, who is dating actress Jessica Biel, has invested in an expansive 25.5 acre estate in Greenwich, which boasts a pool and spa.
The singer has reportedly paid $18.7 million for the home instead of the initial $23.9 million price tag.
